What personal data we collect and why we collect it
To make it possible we can set every function of the bot
for its own server we have to save data, below you can
have a list of how each function saves its data.
When the bot enters the server it stores: GuildId (Id of server).
When a function that requires the setting of a channel (Example mod-log) we memorize: GuildId, ChannelId (Id of server and Channel id).
When a specific function is disabled, we store: GuildId (Id of server).
When a function needs to set specific messages (Example verification system) we store: GuildId, Message Content (The message content is encrypted through a process created by us).
When a function needs to set specific roles / Example reaction-role) we store: GuildId, RoleId.
When a moderation action is performed we memorize: GuildId, TargetId, ModeratorId, Type of actions.
ommands usage we store the use of commands to offer better user experience.
Who has access to all the data and how is the database protected?
To secure our database we use a password authentication of more than 15 characters with upper and lower case and numbers, and above all the database is accessible only from some specified ip addresses
Who gets this data?
We do not sell your data.
Your data is safe with us and isn't being shared with any third parties.
What do I do if I have concerns or want my data to be removed?
As the bot is removed from a server, all of its data is
deleted, and cannot be recovered.
You can join to The Support Server and open a ticket,our send email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The cleaning of the entire date may take up to 7 days.
We cannot delete this date:
Actions of moderation(We can only delete with the permission of an administrator del server).
We cannot delete any type of setup or server data without the request from its owner.
We cannot delete users who are blacklisted.
